J. Michael Cantore III is a Managing Director and Partner at OneArc Capital Advisors. Recognized as a Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor from 2018–2023, Michael has significant experience in assisting high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives with their comprehensive investment management needs. Michael and Emmett oversee the team's investment and wealth management process.

Prior to joining Hightower, Michael was a Senior Vice President of Investments, Portfolio Manager and Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant at UBS Financial Services Inc. He was a member of the Corporate Employee Financial Services group located in the firm's largest wealth management office in New York City.

Previously, Michael began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1998 at Citigroup Smith Barney. Having successfully managed client portfolios through some of the most tumultuous environments in market history, he established himself as a trusted advisor to his clients and their families.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics and is a member of the University of Connecticut Alumni Association. He is also a member of the charitable organization Children International as a child sponsor.
