Kurt Grunsfeld | Executive Director

Kurt Grunsfeld joined Hightower in 2015 as an Executive Director with OneArc Capital Advisors. Kurt focuses on Corporate and Executive Services for the practice and has over 20 years of financial services experience. He advises corporate clients on equity compensation programs including plan design, implementation, execution and participant education. Kurt is also experienced in advising senior executives including corporate officers and directors on complex issues related to Section 16 compliance and Rule 10b5-1 trading plans. 

Prior to joining Hightower, Kurt was Director of Sales for the UBS Equity Plan Advisory Services Division and led the firm’s business development initiatives for corporate equity plans. 

Kurt began his career in 1994 as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Williams, Thatcher & Rand; an actuarial and benefits consulting firm.

Kurt is a graduate of Wagner College with a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration.   He is also a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and has obtained the Certified Equity Professional CEP®, Level III designation.
